For PayPal orders on the web, the following criteria MUST be met:
Shipping addresses must match your PayPal confirmed address.
All domestic USA orders over $500 will be sent with signature confirmation required.
If you choose to pay via Paypal E-Check, your order will be shipped once the E-Check is cleared. (Typically 3-4 business days) Paypal Refunds will be accepted within 30 days only. See Return Policy for further details on how to return an item.

Because we ship goods to your state, we are considered to have a presence there, and as such are required to charge sales tax on all orders from your state. Orders shipping to the United Kingdom will include VAT added to payment during checkout.
Orders shipping to outside the United States may be subject to international import fees, taxes, or tariffs which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Circle City Records is not responsible in the case that additional charges apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for information.
