Shipping Policy

All records will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard record mailer. 

All domestic record orders will ship from Indianapolis, Indiana using USPS media mail for a flat rate of $6 USD. Estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days (typical average is 4 days). Orders within the U.S. over $75 will ship for FREE.

NOTE: On average, all available items are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, although this is not guaranteed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship out. During periods of high order volume this may be increased, with handling times ranging 5-7 business days prior to shipment.

Orders placed after 12AM (EST) will not begin processing until the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock, we generally hold the entire order until that item becomes available. Your order may be shipped in two separate shipments depending on the availability of the items in your order.

For insurance and security purposes, domestic orders exceeding a product total of $500.00 will be shipped with USPS Signature Confirmation.

We will not open sealed LPs before shipping as, once opened, they can no longer be sold as new if the product is returned. All of our records are shipped in a sturdy, padded vinyl mailer.

Pre-Orders

Any order for an item that is not yet available from the record label or distributor will be shipped when the item is released. circlecityrecords.com ships pre-ordered products as close to the release date as is possible. Due to ongoing industry-wide issues with distribution, there may be delays in the shipment of some pre-ordered products. Pre-ordered products are not guaranteed to arrive on the release date.

International Shipping Policies

Circle City Records limits all international orders to a maximum $250.00 total including product and shipping.

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Orders shipping to the United Kingdom will include VAT added during the payment at checkout.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from circlecityrecords.com, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. International customers and customers shipping products internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Providing your phone number at checkout will decrease the likelihood of shipment delays by Customs Services. Last mile parcel delivery is carried out by local post.
